Colleague Recommendation that just floored me!

I just finished working on a second TEDxSanJoseCa event this year. This one we pulled off in 2-1/2 weeks...a record setting time by any stretch of the imagination. In part because Diane Michlig, curator of this TEDx group, is an absolute genius in regards to organizing talented people. I am thankful to be a part of a whole bunch of doers....with that said, I have always just offered up my talents and am excited to be getting to meet the folks I am meeting. I was floored today when I read this recommendation from one of my core team members...and peers. Here's what he said,   “I have had the opportunity to work along side Tracy as we planned and executed two TEDxSanJoseCA events with a number of other talented people.   Let me preface this by saying, because of my experience in the design field I have an insiders perspective on the work Tracy does as a creative professional.   Now let me get to the point. Tracy impresses the hell out of me. Her ability to roll with the punches of a demanding project, short/unideal timeline and an existing workload of client projects is far above par.   She is a team player that doesn't complain and often takes on more than the scope of her designated role in order to ensure success. She treats everyone with respect and a smile no matter how hectic the situation.   Tracy fits the term "professional" to the letter and I recommend having her on your team.
